New Homes Sales Consultant-Northern UT

We are currently seeking a dynamic New Homes Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. As a New Homes Sales Consultant at Visionary Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients in the Tremonton or Logan, UT area.

Our New Homes Sales Consultants work remotely, but must live in or near Tremonton or Logan, UT

Job Overview

As a New Home Sales Consultant at Visionary Homes, your primary objective is to manage the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the home buying journey, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate Visionary Homes value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers

  • Identify and understand customer goals and challenges to position Visionary Homes as the optimal solution

  • Address customer objections and facilitate the closing of sales

  • Maintain accurate documentation of transactions throughout the sales process, including loans, options, and construction

  • Continually seek out new sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with realtors through networking and outreach

  • Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the team

  • Attend sales meetings to stay up to date on company initiatives and strategies

  • Conduct all business activities with professionalism and integrity, prioritizing customer satisfaction and company profitability

  • Cultivate positive relationships with prospective customers, realtors, and colleagues

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing our model homes and communities

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Utah Real Estate license

  • Must be able to work a flexible hours, with availability to adapt to clients’ varying schedules

  • Self motivated with a drive for excellence

  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to utilize Visionary Homes Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop

  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of new homes sales industry required
