This role will be based out of our Logan, UT headquarters and require availability to work onsite.

Job Overview

As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist the accounting team with projects and learn all aspects of the accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Enter AP/AR invoices into the company's ERP system

• Assist in paying invoices via credit card

• Resolve any discrepancies in invoices

• Communicate with customers and vendors

• Reconcile vendors/customer's statements to ERP information

• Leading and/or assisting with special projects when assigned?

Requirements:

• Be currently pursuing an education and degree in Accounting

• Must be well organized, have strong math and computer skills, and have great communication skills.

• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Attention to Detail

• Must be able to pass a drug/background screening per company standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
