New Home Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about real estate and have a talent for sales and helping people find their dream homes?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Visionary Homes team, to represent and sell homes in our communities in Cache County, UT!

  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Guide prospective buyers through the home building and home-buying process from start to finish.
  • Provide education to potential buyers about the home building process, while improving your sales skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with the support and guidance of a seasoned team.
  • Make a great living doing something you love!

Who We’re Looking For

  • A licensed Real Estate agent (or willingness and ability to obtain a license) with a passion for creating lasting relationships, helping people, and new home sales!
  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate Visionary Homes value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers

  • Identify and understand customer goals and challenges to position Visionary Homes as the optimal solution

  • Address customer objections and facilitate the closing of sales

  • Maintain accurate documentation of transactions throughout the sales process, including loans, options, and construction

  • Continually seek out new sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with realtors through networking and outreach

  • Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the team

  • Attend sales meetings to stay up to date on company initiatives and strategies

  • Conduct all business activities with professionalism and integrity, prioritizing customer satisfaction and company profitability

  • Cultivate positive relationships with prospective customers, realtors, and colleagues

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing our model homes and communities
