Are you ready to take your career in land development to the next level? Visionary Homes is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and strategic Land Development Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our exciting projects across Utah, with a strong focus in Utah County.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll work with engineers, surveyors, architects, contractors, and city officials to bring communities to life—on time, on budget, and with excellence. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead & Manage: Oversee land entitlement, development, and financial tracking, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

• Coordinate with Experts: Work alongside top-tier engineers, surveyors, and contractors to keep projects on track.

• Navigate City Regulations: Read and interpret municipal codes and ordinances to streamline the development process.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, ensuring work meets high-quality standards.

• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify potential issues before they arise and develop solutions that keep projects moving forward.

• Optimize Efficiency: Recommend innovative strategies to enhance departmental processes and maximize resources.

• Public Engagement: Attend and participate in city meetings to advocate for and represent Visionary projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in land development project management.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of land entitlement processes, development regulations, and financial management (including accounts payable).

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and work under pressure to resolve challenges.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software.

• Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally.
